Q: How easy is it to sign up for online and mobile banking?

A: It is very easy. To sign up for Online Banking, all you have to do is click on the Enroll link on our website's home page. From there you will follow four easy steps to get signed-up. Note: You must be enrolled in Online Banking before you can enroll in Mobile Banking.


Q: What is Mobile Remote Deposit?

A: Mobile Remote Deposit is a service offered by the Bank of Frankewing which allows a customer to use their smartphone to make a deposit from anywhere. Simply enroll in Online Banking and use our Mobile App available in both the iTunes Store and the Google Play store to access the Mobile Remote Deposit feature.


Q: Does the Bank of Frankewing offer telephone banking?

A: Yes we do. You can check your account anytime or anywhere by dialing 931-424-7841. Please contact us if you are not enrolled.


Q: What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?

A: If your debit card is lost or stolen, or if you believe your PIN number has been compromised, please contact our main office during regular business hours at 931-363-1796 or call 1-800-500-1044 after business hours.


Q: What are eStatements? 

A: eStatements are an electronic version of your paper statements and are accessible through online banking within 24 hours of your cycle end date. You will receive an email letting you know that your statement is ready. The email is a notification that your statement is ready and does not contain your actual eStatement. eStatements are stored on a secure server and are only accessible through online banking. You do have the ability to print a physical copy of your statement in online banking. You must be enrolled in online banking to receive eStatements. Learn how to enroll in eStatements
