A: Mobile Remote Deposit is a service offered by the Bank of Frankewing which allows a customer to use their smartphone to make a deposit from anywhere. Simply enroll in Online Banking and use our Mobile App available in both the iTunes Store and the Google Play store to access the Mobile Remote Deposit feature.
A: First, make sure that your password is not something that could be guessed easily. We suggest a mixture of letters, uppercase and lowercase, and numbers. Try not to use words in your password as this makes it easier to guess. Second, never share your password or any financial information through e-mail to anyone. If you receive an e-mail supposedly from the bank and are suspicious, please contact us. Finally, we suggest that you continually update your virus and spyware protection. Although this does not guarantee that your computer will not be invaded it does offer you some bit of protection.
