As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our processing system.


This conversion to our new system will begin on Friday, March 5, 2021, at 5 pm CST, and will be completed by the morning of Monday, March 8, 2021, at 7 am. During this conversion time our online, mobile and telephone banking services will be limited. Our Banks will also be Closed Saturday, March 6th. Thank you for your business and support.


Temporary Service Limitations during the Conversion Period

In order to make the switch to our new processing system, we must temporarily limit the availability of some banking services during the Conversion Period.  We sincerely apologize for the limited availability of these services during the Conversion Period.  The affected services and temporary limitations are discussed below. 

Online Bill Pay – Bill Pay will be unavailable starting Friday, March 5, 2021 at 5 pm CST until Monday, March 8, 2021 at 7 am CST .  Bill Pay information will be converted. Caution: Payments processed as EBills will be dropped seven days after conversion.  You may need to pay these by check for 1-2 months before resetting them up.   Please verify your bill payment information on Monday, March 8, 2021.

Online Banking – Online Banking will be unavailable starting at Friday, March 5, 2021 at 5 pm CST until Monday, March 8, 2021 at 7 am CST.

Mobile Banking– Online Banking will be unavailable starting at Friday, March 5, 2021 at 5 pm CST until Monday, March 8, 2021 at 7 am CST.

Telephone Banking– Online Banking will be unavailable starting at Friday, March 5, 2021 at 5 pm CST until Monday, March 8, 2021 at 7 am CST.

Debit Card & ATM Access – Customers will have access to the Card/ATM system during the Conversion Period. You should also be able to perform Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions using your Debit Cards as usual. If you experience card problems, please call us at (931)363-1796.

Branch Office Hours – Our branches will be closed Saturday, March 6, 2021.

Night Depository– Night depository will be available during the conversion period. All transactions received through the night depository at each branch will be processed on Monday, March 8, 2021.
